| The vibration and noise of NH bearing can be divided into mute level bearing (air-conditioner motor special-purpose),V4Z5 group, V3Z4 group (low noise motor bearing). |
| PACKING |
| NH bearings are packed in plastic tubes or polythene bags, and then in carton boxes. Industrial packing is also available. Special requirements could be mentioned in order. |

| Compared with common mechanical parts,ball bearing has the higher accuracy.If the special characteristics of ball bearing can not be grasped properly, and the ballbearing not be used correctly,it can not give full play of the bearing performance. In addition, improper use will be resulted in detect and damage.Therefore it should be extremely careful in use. |
•1.As the bearing has been packed after anti-rust treatment, so please don't tear off the packing unless it will be used.It is also not suitable to tear off the packing for its placement.
•2.The standard installation method should be adopted during installation.If the bearing has been strongly knocked in installation, it will be damaged by occurring indentation, breaking etc.
•3.Please use the appropriate assembly tools and chucks during installation and always keep it clean for the tools and chucks.
•4.The enclosed bearing can be directly used during installation with no need for clean at all.
•5.The installation part size and processing quality should be inspected before installation.
•6.Keep it clean for the bearings and the ambient environment.
•7.Pay attention to the bearing rust-resistance. |
